Cannot recommend Ultimate Fitness enough! After having my first baby, and several failed attempts at getting back in shape I am so glad to be back at UF. The classes are just fantastic as are the instructors. I can take my little girl along with me so I don’t need to worry about childcare. And to top it off the other members are so welcoming and nonjudgmental. I would encourage anyone to give it a try.

Just back after quite a while with a few injuries. It’s as though I’d never been away, staff and members as friendly and welcoming as ever. Dropped 3 stone when I last attended through PT sessions and the wide variety of classes. Looking forward to getting back in to it.

The guys made sure I squeezed every % out of my body during training and worked 110% at all times. The classes were a great help and also provided much needed motivation as and when I needed it. The journey was not one to fear for me, it was one I enjoyed and really looked forward to training each day…Apart from legs!!

I’ve been coming to ultimate fitness since March this year & can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! Was really nervous about joining but as soon as I walked in I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff and members. Loving the results , thanks to the instructors , especially Reece who has pushed me more and more each session in my PT. For the first time in my life I am actually enjoying exercise …… it really is the gym that gets results ….. great work guys!!

Can’t rate this gym highly enough. Being a bit on the chunky side, the thought of going to the gym has always been terrifying! Think I had created an image in my head of all these gorgeous, toned gym buffs who would look down their nose at someone who clearly doesn’t go to the gym!! It could not be further from the truth! You walk through the door and you’re greeted with a wave & a wee cheery smile. I’ve never been a gym lover but since coming to Ultimate Fitness, that has actually changed. Going to the gym is…..dare I say it…..enjoyable!!!!

Have been coming to ultimate fitness off and on for the last few years but as we were getting married in May decided last September to start training more regularly and eating better. Since then i have lost 3 stone and have got the bug and kept it going. Really enjoy the wide rage of classes especially Friday night and Sunday circuits 👍🏼
