Biography:
My objective as a personal trainer is to provide you with the most appropriate
training and nutritional interventions to aid you in achieving your body goals.
As high levels of misinformation saturate the fitness industry my approach to
personal training is to educate a client on human physiology and how it
responds to training, nutrition and lifestyle factors such as stress and recovery.
I have worked as an exercise professional for over 5 years which has allowed
me to apply the knowledge and techniques learned in higher education and
further studies to a broad variety of client groups ranging from clients seeking
to lose weight, drop stubborn body fat or complete beginner gym goers
looking for a starting point in their fitness journey.
My personal training packages are available in 3, 6, 8 and 12 session blocks and
include:
• FREE consultation which includes lifestyle and nutritional assessment, body
fat measurements and limb circumferences
• Tailored training plans and programming
• Nutritional education, guidance and examples of diet and meal planning
• Fortnightly fitness testing including measurements, circumferences and body
fat measurements
• 24/7 guidance and support
